Catrice 20H Ultra Precision Gel Eye Pencil Waterproof is a gel-texture eye pencil with a 2 mm twist-up tip for a precise line. Its intense colour lasts up to 20 hours and is waterproof. Shade 050 Blue: a deep blue.
