How to use:

1. Cut about 30–40 cm of floss and wind it around your middle fingers.
2. Guide the floss between two teeth with your thumbs and index fingers, without forcing.
3. Slide the floss along each tooth surface, following its shape, then move to the next space with a clean section.
4. Use once a day, preferably in the evening, in addition to brushing.
