Heels, trainers, sandals… the heel is one of the areas most exposed to rubbing and pressure. Urgo Blister Protect Heel plasters act like a true second skin to instantly relieve blister pain and help it heal.

Benefits:

• Instant relief: the extra-thick central pad shields the blister from shoe rubbing and pressure.
• Promotes healing: on contact with the blister, the hydrocolloid technology forms a protective, skin-restoring gel.
• Large heel-shaped format: an extra-strong plaster (approx. 7.2 x 4.3 cm) that follows the shape of the heel and stays in place, even on the move.
• Waterproof: protects the blister from water and bacteria.
• Ideal for everyday wear, sport or breaking in new shoes.

How to use:

1. Do not pop the blister. If it has already burst, clean with soap and water, then apply an antiseptic.
2. Warm the plaster between your hands for better adhesion.
3. Remove the protective film without touching the adhesive side.
4. Apply to clean, dry skin with the central pad directly over the blister, then smooth the edges down well.
5. Leave in place until the plaster comes off by itself. Do not cut the plaster.

Precautions: for children under 16, to be applied by an adult. Do not use on infected wounds, or on an infected diabetic foot or arterial disease of the foot. Read the leaflet carefully.
