1. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a purchase on wlidato.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our full Terms & Conditions, available on our website. It is important to review these terms before making a purchase.
2. Pricing & Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and stock information, we cannot guarantee that every product listed on wlidato.shop is available at the displayed price. If there is any discrepancy in price or availability after you place an order, we will promptly inform you. If the revised price exceeds the original price, we will not charge you unless you agree to continue with the purchase at the updated price.
3. Stock & Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all products listed are in stock and ready for delivery. However, stock may change unexpectedly. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you, and you will not be charged for it. You will be informed when the item becomes available again, and if you wish to reorder, you will need to place a new order.
4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color or variant will be delivered unless clearly stated in the product title. If the product you receive differs from the description or image provided on the website, your sole remedy is to return the item within 7 working days, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
5. Order Confirmation
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance of the sale. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your items have been shipped, confirming that we have accepted the sale.
6. E-invoice
After your purchase, you will receive an electronic tax invoice (E-invoice) stored in your account, which can be viewed and downloaded anytime. If you require a printed version, we will provide one upon request.
7. Order Cancellations & Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Common reasons for non-acceptance of an order include:
- The product is out of stock.
- Payment authorization issues.
- Incorrect pricing or product descriptions.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions. We will inform you via email if your order is canceled, and you will not be charged for items that were not accepted.
8. Delivery Policy
Please review our Delivery Policy to confirm that we deliver to your country. We may modify this policy from time to time, so it is important to check it before placing each order. Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery windows. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipment may be reattempted, or you may need to contact the postal service.
9. Risk of Loss
Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during transit.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your wlidato.shop account. If your account information, such as username or password, is used by a third party due to your negligence, you will be responsible for any resulting charges.
11. Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return unused items within 7 working days of receiving them, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. If your returned product meets our conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
12. Changes to Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale are subject to change at any time. You are encouraged to review them periodically before making any purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in effect at that time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Coupons & Promotions
Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers may be used when making a purchase on wlidato.shop and on the mobile application, subject to the following conditions:
Promo codes are not valid on gift cards, diapers, dairy products, parapharmacy items, or on certain other non-eligible products. Excluded products are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
The promotional code must be entered before payment is confirmed. Any forgotten, incorrect, or unapplied code at the time of ordering cannot be applied retroactively or result in any adjustment.
In the event of a partial or full return, the applied discount will be recalculated on a proportional basis according to the items kept, prior to issuing the refund.
The maximum discount amount granted per promo code is between 50 MAD and 75 MAD, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Promo codes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-negotiable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any equivalent.
Promotions are valid once per customer, are not cumulative with other ongoing offers or discounts, and apply only to expressly eligible products.
Wlidaty reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of promo codes at any time (discount amount, eligible products, validity period, etc.) without prior notice.
